Was walking through Pike Place Market and spotted this windowsill overlooking the waterfront, with its scratches and engravings by countless others, bearing the marks and minutiae of everyday urban life: I guess every one of my photos is a tiny tribute to cities, their citizens, and the lives that ceaselessly churn within.
